Cardio indoor training
This course introduces the system effects of cardio exercise. The program include various types of cardio exercises such as running, cycling, swimming, brisk walking, dancing, or using cardio equipment like treadmills or elliptical machines. In the period of 4 weeks, every day will get different cardio exercise, examinees will be ready to endure a one-hour training with different intensity.
