The isolation and increasingly frequent use of digital work and communication tools and virtual and augmented realities, have led to the development of forms of "techno-stress", a syndrome caused by the continuous and simultaneous use of computer and digital, which can lead to anxiety, mental fatigue and attacks of anger, which can therefore lead to a decrease in the level of productivity of the worker.

The module is divided into the following units:

  • Digital education.

  • Recognize techno-stress.

  • Prevent and fight techno-stress.
