Green and Mental Behaviour change for Stress Reduction

This module focuses on the powerful connection between green care wellness, work-related stress, mental health, and behaviour change. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how adopting healthy behaviours and engaging with nature can positively impact their overall well-being. Through a series of training units’ participants will explore the theories and models of behaviour change, discover various green care practices, and learn evidence-based strategies for managing stress and promoting long-term behaviour change. By the end of the module, participants will be equipped with practical tools and resources to incorporate these practices into their daily lives, enhance their mental health, and create sustainable behaviour change for improved well-being.
