Transforming negative thoughts and beliefs into productive actions
This module contains practical exercises and techniques on how to deal with negative thoughts. Also it includes some theoretical information about the importance of self-awareness and responsibility in the process of dealing with negative thoughts. Also it is explained how our locus of control works (the degree to which an individual feels a sense of agency in regard to his or her life).
